Lacroix: agreement to sell City-Mobility segment
(CercleFinance.com) - Following on from the exclusive negotiations announced on December 12, Lacroix has announced the sale of its City-Mobility segment to Swarco, a transaction which should be effective by the end of the first quarter of 2025 at the latest.
The scope of consolidation concerned includes the Traffic and V2X business units, which represented sales of 27.3 million euros in 2023. At the end of 2024, it included 122 employees across three French sites and one Spanish site.
Lacroix justifies this divestment by 'the desire to refocus on its businesses with strong technological synergies, in order to achieve its ambition of becoming a global leader in industrial IoT solutions and electronic equipment for mission-critical applications'.
