Renault: global sales up over 1% in 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault group reports sales of just over 2.
26 million vehicles worldwide for FY 2024, up 1.3%, with growth in all brands, thanks to ten launches.

In Europe, the group is growing twice as fast as the market, with sales up 3.5%. With 1.6 million vehicles sold, it is on the podium of carmakers, with Sandero the best-selling car across all channels.

As part of its International Game Plan, the Renault brand's sales increased in Brazil (+10.3%) thanks to Kardian, and in South Korea (+80.6%), thanks to the launch of Grand Koleos, the first vehicle of the new Renault Korea entity.

Renault Group adds that it is continuing its electrification offensive, with 34.7% of sales electrified in Europe (+4.3 points), including sales of hybrid vehicles up 45% to represent 25.5% of group sales.
