Ipsos: 500 million euro bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Market and opinion research group Ipsos has announced the successful completion of a 400 million euro bond issue, maturing in January 2030, with a coupon of 3.
75%.

Very strong investor demand, with an order book covering more than nine times the size of the issue, enabled Ipsos to set the final rate of the bond at a level significantly lower than the pricing conditions initially announced.

'The proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of its existing 300 million euro bond maturing in September 2025', says Ipsos.
