Esker: nearly 4.2m shares tendered to takeover bid

(CercleFinance.com) - The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has announced that, as of 9 January, the final date set for the submission of orders in the takeover bid for Esker shares initiated by Bridgepoint in association with General Atlantic and the shareholder managers, it had received 4,187,880 shares.


Boréal Bidco, together with Boréal Topco, Jean-Michel Bérard, Emmanuel Olivier and Jean-Jacques Bérard, is therefore in a position to hold 4,542,776 Esker shares at the close of the offer, i.e. 74.62% of the capital and at least 74.49% of the voting rights.

As the minimum conditions have been met, the offer has been successful. Settlement and delivery of the offer will take place in accordance with the timetable communicated by Euronext Paris, and a reopening of the offer is planned from 17 to 30 January.
