Safran: BlackRock exceeds 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on January 13 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Safran's share capital, as a result of a reduction in the total number of shares in the aircraft engine and equipment manufacturer.


The American asset management giant said it held 21,209,897 shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the aforementioned clients and funds, i.e. 5.01% of Safran's capital and 3.94% of its voting rights.
