Esker: 15% sales growth by 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - Esker reports the best year in its history, with sales for the full year 2024 of 205.
3 million euros, up 15% at constant exchange rates and on a reported basis.
SaaS sales (82% of the total) rose by 14%, driven by the SaaS subscription segment, which grew by 33%, while the SaaS transaction segment declined by 3%. At the same time, sales of implementation services climbed by 28%.
Sales growth coupled with a policy of investment moderation has had a positive impact on operating margin, which should be one to two points higher than the 12% to 13% range targeted at the time of the half-yearly publication.
Taking into account a 22% increase in order intake in 2024, Esker anticipates organic sales growth of between 13 and 15% in 2025, which, combined with tight control of capital expenditure, will enable it to achieve an operating margin of between 13 and 15%.
