Hoffman: US licensing agreement extended

(CercleFinance.com) - Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies announces the extension of its licensing agreement with Hoffmann Green USA, now covering 25 states in the eastern United States.


This decision, motivated by interest in 0% clinker cements and the potential of the American market, entails an additional entry fee of 8 ME, on top of the initial 2 ME, as well as fixed and variable royalties.

The agreement also enables the American partner to sub-license these technologies, providing additional growth leverage.

This extension comes against a backdrop favorable to the energy transition, supported by measures such as the Inflation Reduction Act, reinforcing the commitment to sustainable construction.
