Arkema: BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on January 10 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Arkema's share capital and held 5.
09% of the capital and 4.07% of the voting rights of the chemicals group.

The American asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of an acquisition of Arkema shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
