KB Home: EPS up 36% in Q4

(CercleFinance.com) - KB Home on Monday evening reported EPS up 36% to $2.
52 for its fourth quarter 2024 (ended November), with the homebuilding operating margin improving by 60 basis points to 11.5%.

'Revenues rose 19% to $2 billion, growth driven mainly by a 17% increase in the number of homes delivered to 3.978, while the average selling price rose by 3% to 501,000 dollars.

'Net orders rose by around 40%, as buyers continued to demonstrate a desire for home ownership and market conditions improved compared to last year', CEO Jeffrey Mezger also points out.
