Geneuro: Eclosion2 falls below 20%.

(CercleFinance.com) - Eclosion2 SA, acting on behalf of the fund Eclosion2 & Cie SCPC, declared to the AMF that on January 8 it had crossed below the thresholds of 20% of the capital and voting rights in Geneuro, following the sale of shares on the market.


The declaring party stated that it held, on behalf of the said fund, 5,750,108 Geneuro shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 19.32% of the capital and voting rights of this biotechnology company.
