Hermès: reopening of a renovated store in Bangkok
(CercleFinance.com) - Hermès announced on Friday the reopening of its store in the Central Embassy shopping mall in Bangkok (Thailand), following renovation work to increase its surface area.
Designed by the Parisian architectural firm RDAI, this renovated store, with its streamlined structure, is intended to offer a contemporary setting for exhibiting the company's sixteen métiers.
It opens with perfumes and beauty products, before women's silk, located at the heart of the store, framed by jewelry accessories, equestrian collections, objects for the home and leather goods.
The second floor features women's and men's ready-to-wear collections, men's silk, as well as shoes, jewelry and watches.
Evoking the bamboo constructions that characterize traditional Bangkok architecture, the façade is adorned with metal inserts lacquered in a champagne hue, allowing light to filter through to the store's two floors throughout the day.
The Central Embassy store is one of three points of sale for the luxury brand in the Thai capital.
