Quadient: highlighted in an IDC report

(CercleFinance.com) - Quadient announces that a new report published by market research and consulting firm IDC shows that it is fast approaching the number one position in customer communications management (CCM) solutions.


According to the 'IDC Worldwide CCM Software Market Shares, 2023' report published in December 2024, the company has recorded annual sales growth of 13.7% in 2023, accelerating from 11% growth in 2022.

"This is also the fastest growth among the leading providers of customer communications management (CCM) solutions worldwide, outperforming overall market growth", the software company points out.
