Holcim: new Chairman in May

(CercleFinance.com) - Holcim announces that Kim Fausing will take over as Chairman of its Board of Directors, succeeding Jan Jenisch, who will not be standing for re-election following his appointment as President and CEO-designate of the future North American company.


Kim Fausing's appointment will be put to vote at the next AGM, scheduled for 14 May, and will take effect after that date, with the demerger of Holcim's North American activities planned for towards the end of H1 2025.

A Danish national, Kim Fausing has been a member of the Swiss building materials group's Board of Directors since 2020 and sits on the Audit Committee. Since July 2017, he has been President and CEO of the Danish industrial group Danfoss.
