Dékuple: acquisition of two branches in the Netherlands
(CercleFinance.com) - Dékuple announces that it has acquired a majority stake in creative agency Selmore (Amsterdam) and digital agency DotControl (Rotterdam) in a 'strategic partnership to continue building a new-generation agency model in Europe'.
"This strategic alliance represents a major step forward for the three companies, which aim to conquer new markets, create value for their customers and redefine the future of marketing and communications in Europe", explains the group. Together, Selmore and DotControl generate annual sales of around seven million euros and a gross margin in excess of five million.
