GTT: strategic review for Elogen

(CercleFinance.com) - Against the backdrop of a difficult market for green hydrogen and a desire to limit Elogen's financing requirements, GTT announces that it is carrying out a strategic review to analyze all possible options concerning this subsidiary.


The first conclusions of this strategic review should be presented in the coming weeks, and at the latest when the 2024 annual results are announced. Until then, GTT will refrain from commenting on the options under consideration.

The technology and engineering group also confirms its sales and EBITDA targets for fiscal 2024, at the top end of the target ranges as indicated in October 2024.
