Eiffage: renewal of a â?¬2 billion credit line

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage today announced the renewal of its RCF1 revolving credit facility.


The 2 billion euro, covenant-free RCF was oversubscribed by a syndicate of 17 relationship banks, reflecting their confidence in the Group.

Concluded for a period of 5 years with two possible extensions of one year each, this facility extends the Group's financing horizon in line with its prudent liquidity management.

Eiffage specifies that this confirmed credit line is currently undrawn and is intended to finance the Group's general requirements.
