Ahold Delhaize: new 'Brand President' at Profi this summer

(CercleFinance.com) - Ahold Delhaize announced today that Mihai Spulber, currently SVP Operations and Supply Chain at Mega Image, will assume the role of Brand President at Profi as of July 1, 2025.


This announcement follows the decision of the current Brand President, Gaetan Pacton, to leave Profi on July 1, 2025, 'with a deep sense of gratitude and pride for all we have achieved together'.

As a reminder, Ahold Delhaize recently finalized the acquisition of Profi, welcoming the brand to its family, which now includes seventeen brands in Europe, the USA and Indonesia.

Until July 1, 2025, Gaetan Pacton will continue to ensure business continuity and will remain responsible for the management of Profi. He will also work closely with Mihai and the team to ensure a smooth transition of Profi as an Ahold Delhaize company.
