SpineGuard: bond financing put in place

(CercleFinance.com) - SpineGuard announces that it has arranged bond financing with Luxembourg-based Hexagon Capital Fund, for a maximum amount of 1,000,000 euros, with a subscription received of 100,000 euros.


The medical technology company explains that this financing is intended to support the commercialization of its two new products featuring DSG technology: PediGuard Fileté for the anterior approach and PsiFGuard for sacroiliac fusion.

Each bond, with a par value of 1,000 euros, will mature at the end of a 24-month period from its issue date, and will be amortized on a quarterly basis. The bonds will bear interest at 12% per annum, payable quarterly.

SpineGuard will repay the nominal amount and interest in cash, but also has the option of repayment in shares at its sole discretion. The equity financing line set up with Nice & Green in mid-2023 has now been terminated.
