ING: 3.6 million shares bought back last week
(CercleFinance.com) - ING announces that, as part of its two-billion-euro share buyback program, a total of 3.
6 million shares were bought back last week at an average price of 15.10 euros, for a total consideration of over 54.4 million euros.
This brings the total number of shares bought back to date by the Dutch bank to 52 million, for a total consideration of 779.2 million euros, or just under 39% of the total maximum value of the program announced on October 31.
