LDC: confirms targets for fiscal 2024-2025

(CercleFinance.com) - LDC reports sales of 1,583 ME for the 3rd quarter of its fiscal year (Sept-Oct-Nov), up 3.
4% on the same period a year earlier (1,530 ME) and virtually stable (-0.1%) on a like-for-like basis.

Outside France, quarterly sales came to 232 ME, up almost 25%.

Over the first three quarters of its financial year, LDC recorded sales of 4567 ME, virtually stable compared with the same period a year earlier (4553 ME).

In addition to the acquisitions of Indykpol, Calibra and Favid, which have already contributed to the performance of the third quarter of the 2024-2025 financial year, LDC will benefit in the fourth quarter from the integration of Konspol as of October 1, 2024 (sales of 35 ME in the 2023 financial year) and of ECF in Germany as of December 1, 2024 (sales of 80 ME in 2024).

Against this backdrop, LDC confirms its target of exceeding sales of €6.2 billion, with a current operating margin of around 5%, for its 2024-2025 financial year.

The group also confirms all the targets set
as part of its strategic plan: to exceed sales of €7 billion in the 2026-2027 financial year, and to achieve EBITDA of close to €560 million.
