TF1: 50th anniversary review

(CercleFinance.com) - On its 50th anniversary, TF1 has published a study highlighting its connection with the French (particularly those under 35) and its 'key role in democratic life'.


Thus, 81% of French people and 82% of the under-35s say that they watch TF1 on a daily basis: 80% of French people and 82% of the under-35s consider that TF1 is indispensable, 81% of the under-35s say that TF1 offers programmes that are in tune with the times, 80% of the under-35s see TF1 as a reference in terms of information, and say that through its news programs, TF1 participates in democracy.

These figures testify to the relationship of trust and closeness that TF1 has been able to establish and maintain with all generations, it says.

Against this backdrop, TF1 is resolutely looking to the future with the development of the TF1+ streaming platform, while continuing its
production activities with Newen Studios and its dedicated offerings for young audiences with TFOU Max.
