Fleury Michon: sale of a business to Kumo confirmed
(CercleFinance.com) - Following on from the agreement signed last November to sell its meal tray business, Fleury Michon has confirmed the final sale of this activity to Kumo, once the conditions precedent have been lifted.
This transaction reflects Fleury Michon's determination to focus on its core supermarket business and on the development of its airline catering activities, in line with its strategy deployed since 2021", explains the food group. The tray meal business, located in the Île-de-France region, represented around 2% of Fleury Michon's sales.
