Eni: pursues its share buyback program

12% of the share capital), at a weighted average price per share equal to 12.7728 euros, for a total amount of 49,999,993.23 euros as part of the second tranche of the treasury share program approved by the General Shareholders' Meeting of May 15, 2024

This operation was carried out for the purpose of paying shareholders additional remuneration to the dividend distribution.

Taking into account treasury shares already held and repurchases made since the start of the share buyback program on May 27, 2024, and bonus shares allocated to Eni directors and employees, Eni holds 201,220,123 shares, or 6.13% of share capital.
