Atos: denies ransomware group allegations

(CercleFinance.com) - Denying allegations made by ransomware group Space Bears, Atos says that no Atos-managed infrastructure was compromised, no source code was accessed and no Atos intellectual property or proprietary data was exposed.


The IT group understands that a third party's external infrastructure, not connected to Atos, was compromised by Space Bears. This infrastructure contained data mentioning the company's name, but is neither managed nor secured by Atos.

Atos says that it has an international network of more than 6,500 specialised experts and 17 next-generation security operations centers (SOCs) operating 24/7 to ensure the security of the group and its customers.
