CNP Assurances: joint venture with La Mutuelle Générale

(CercleFinance.com) - CNP Assurances and La Mutuelle Générale have announced the creation of CNP Assurances Protection Sociale, 65% owned by CNP Assurances Holding and 35% by La Mutuelle Générale, effective December 31, 2024.


Following on from the plan announced on February 29 to create a structuring partnership, CNP Assurances Protection Sociale is positioned as a leading player in the field of social protection (individual and group health and provident insurance).

The new company will draw on the 1,300 employees of La Mutuelle Générale who have joined it, and more than twenty CNP Assurances employees will also be seconded to support the integration of this new structure.

With 1.4 million people protected and estimated sales of over 900 million euros at start-up, it will be driven to develop with ambitious objectives supported by the pooled capacities.
