Ikonisys: acquisition of Hospitex finalized

(CercleFinance.com) - In accordance with the agreement signed in November 2023, Ikonisys announces that it has finalized the acquisition of Hospitex International, through the issue of two million new Ikonisys shares to ETH Scientific, the former owner of Hospitex.


These shares were issued at a price of 2.25 euros each, representing an amount of 4.5 million euros. As presented in the interim results, the acquisition of Hospitex was completed in April 2024.

If certain revenue targets are met by Hospitex by December 31, 2024, an additional amount of 1.125 million euros will be paid by Ikonisys in June 2025 through the issue of 0.5 million new shares.

Following the strategic acquisition of Hospitex, Ikonisys has introduced a new corporate identity and renewed commercial vision under the brand name 'Aliko Scientific' and its slogan 'Next Generation Cancer Diagnostics'.
