ING: 3.16 million shares bought back last week
(CercleFinance.com) - ING announces that, as part of its two-billion-euro share buyback program, a total of over 3.
16 million shares were repurchased last week at an average price of 14.85 euros, for a total consideration of almost 47 million euros.
This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank to date to over 48.4 million, for a total consideration of 724.8 million euros, or around 36.2% of the maximum total value of the program announced on October 31.
