Latecoere: new Chairman appointed
(CercleFinance.com) - Latecoere reports that, following its annual AGM, its Board of Directors has decided to appoint Nick Sanders as the new Chairman of the Board, replacing Thierry Mootz, who remains a director of the aerospace equipment manufacturer.
Trained as an engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace industry, Nick Sanders was notably Executive Chairman of Gardner Aerospace from 2010 to 2019, making it one of Airbus' top eight parts suppliers in 2018. The Board also replaced Sam Marnick with June du Halgouët on its committees, and appointed the latter as Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
