Stellantis: successful completion of Comau transaction

(CercleFinance.com) - Stellantis announces that One Equity Partners (OEP), a mid-market private equity firm, has completed its majority investment in Comau, a global technology company specializing in industrial automation and advanced robotics.


One Equity Partners (OEP) will become Comau's majority shareholder, while Stellantis will retain an active role as a minority shareholder.

This strategic transaction marks an important milestone for Comau, strengthening its position for further growth and innovation.

It also enables Stellantis to focus on its core activities in Europe.
