Vallourec: Fidelity M&R exceeds 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC has declared to the AMF that, on December 18, it individually exceeded the threshold of 5% of Vallourec's capital and held 5.
02% of the capital and 5.17% of the voting rights of the seamless tube manufacturer.

This threshold crossing resulted from the acquisition of Vallourec shares on the market. FMR LLC has not crossed any threshold and, as at December 18, through the companies it controls, held 7.37% of Vallourec's capital and 7.59% of its voting rights.
