Arkema: BlackRock exceeds 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has informed the AMF that on 23 December it exceeded the threshold of 5% of Arkema's share capital, now holding 5.
29% of the chemicals group's capital and 4.25% of its voting rights.

The US asset management giant explained that this threshold was crossed due to an acquisition of Arkema shares, both on the market and OTC, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
