Lexibook: Doodle holds over 50% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On December 19, 2024, société par actions simplifiée Doodle declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 50% of the capital and voting rights of Lexibook, and held 75.
93% of the capital and 75.88% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Lexibook shares as part of the takeover bid initiated by Doodle for Lexibook shares.
