Capgemini: Crédit Agricole CIB tops 10% mark

(CercleFinance.com) - On 19 December Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank informed the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 10% of Capgemini's capital and voting rights, and that it held 10.
90% of the capital and voting rights, as a result of a Capgemini share issue.

The declaring party specifies that, depending on market conditions, it intends to continue its purchases of Capgemini shares, but not to acquire control of the company, nor to request its appointment or that of one or more persons as director.
