Atos: Barclays downsized, ING Bank strengthened
(CercleFinance.com) - Barclays Plc has declared to the AMF that, on December 18, it fell below the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Atos and held, through the companies it controls, 3.
61% of the capital and voting rights.
The British banking establishment states that this crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the number of shares and voting rights due to a capital increase in the IT services group.
On December 18, ING Bank declared that it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Atos and held, on behalf of funds, 5.34% of the capital and voting rights, as a result of the subscription to the capital increase.
