Hexaom: agreement signed to acquire HDV Group

(CercleFinance.com) - As announced last November, Hexaom today announced that it has signed an acquisition agreement, subject to conditions precedent including authorisation from the French Competition Authority (Autorité de la Concurrence), to acquire a 75.
5% stake in Groupe HDV.

Based near Bordeaux, this homebuilder operates mainly in the Nouvelle Aquitaine and Loiret regions, and markets the Alpha Constructions, ya'K construire.com, So'9 Habitat, Couleur Villas, Optiméa and Alliance Construction Aquitaine brands.

The HDV Group generated sales of E98 million in 2023 and employs around 150 people. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive, and is scheduled for completion in late January or early February 2025.
