Exclusive Networks: Etna French Bidco tops the two-thirds mark

(CercleFinance.com) - On December 19, Etna French Bidco declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of two-thirds of the capital and voting rights in Exclusive Networks, and held 76.
33% of the capital and voting rights in the cybersecurity group.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Exclusive Networks shares on the market by the declarant, as part of the simplified public tender offer filed with the AMF.
