Eni: completes 2nd tranche of share buybacks

(CercleFinance.com) - Eni acquired 9,703,932 shares on Euronext Milan between December 16 and 20, 2024 (i.
e. 0.30% of the share capital), at a weighted average price per share equal to 12.8813 euros, for a total amount of 124,998,932.49 euros.

This operation was carried out as part of the second tranche of the treasury share program approved by the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2024, for the purpose of paying shareholders additional remuneration to the dividend distribution.

Taking into account treasury shares already held and repurchases made since the start of the share buyback program on May 27, 2024, and bonus shares allocated to directors, Eni holds 197,305,544 shares, or 6.01% of share capital.
