Lagardère: Arnaud Lagardère holds less than 5% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Arnaud Lagardère has declared to the AMF that on December 12, 2024, he crossed below the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Lagardère SA, directly and indirectly through companies under his control, and held, directly and indirectly, 0.
40% of the share capital and 0.28% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from the sale of 5,844,315 Lagardère shares held by Lagardère Capital and 808,453 LAGARDERE SA shares held by Arjil Commanditée-Arco.
