Eiffage: housing renovation work in Dunkirk

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage, through its subsidiaries Eiffage Construction (mandataire) and Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, has won the design-build contract awarded by Partenord Habitat to refurbish the first 569 housing units, spread over 9 buildings, in the Glacis district of Dunkirk.


The contract is worth E54.5m in all (Eiffage's share: E36.7m).

The entire project will be carried out in BIM-CIM mode, to ensure optimum management of the project in digital mock-up throughout the district, from design to delivery and maintenance by Partenord Habitat.
