Boeing: Pegasus Airlines orders 100 737 MAX aircraft
(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing announces that Pegasus Airlines, Türkiye's leading low-cost carrier, has placed a firm order for 100 737 MAX aircraft, with an option for a further 100.
The 737-10 model, capable of carrying 230 passengers over a distance of 5740 km, will enable Pegasus to reduce fuel consumption and emissions by 20%.
This order supports the company's regional and global growth.
Güliz Öztürk, Managing Director of Pegasus Airlines, emphasizes that this purchase is in line with their expansion objectives and will benefit the Turkish aviation industry.
