Stellantis: success of the 2nd employee shareholding event

(CercleFinance.com) - Stellantis announces the success of the second edition of its employee shareholding plan, Shares to Win 2024, which now covers 230,000 eligible employees in 18 countries.


The plan generated a total investment of 94.5 million euros, including 65.2 million euros in individual contributions and 29.3 million euros matched by the company, representing some 9.7 million additional shares held by employees.

15% of eligible employees subscribed to the plan, with an average investment of 1,960 euros.

Employees benefited from a 20% discount on the share price and a matching contribution of up to 1,000 euros.

According to Xavier Chéreau, Chief Human Resources, ESG and Heritage Officer, this employee share ownership plan strengthens the sharing of value creation and employee confidence in the company's future.
