Accenture: agreement to acquire IQT Group

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire IQT Group, a provider of engineering services for large-scale infrastructure projects, based in Rovigo, Italy.


The acquisition will combine Accenture's generative AI and digital capabilities with IQT Group's expertise in infrastructure projects, to help clients more effectively plan, execute and manage zero-carbon infrastructure projects.

IQT Group specializes in the design and supervision of zero-carbon infrastructure projects for power generation and transmission.

This acquisition of IQT Group confirms our desire to further strengthen our position in Italy by enhancing our engineering expertise and services for the implementation of strategic zero-carbon infrastructure projects, Accenture Italy said.
