ING: continues its share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - ING announced today that, as part of our €2.
0 billion share repurchase program announced on October 31, 2024, a total of 5,520,548 shares were repurchased during the week of December 9, 2024 to December 13, 2024 inclusive.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of E14.99, for a total amount of E82,756,741.12.

In line with the objective of ING's share capital reduction program, the total number of shares bought back under this program to date is 39,673,164 ordinary shares at an average price of E15.00, for a total amount of E595,221,139.60.

To date, approximately 29.76% of the maximum total value of the share buyback program has been achieved.
