Getlink: BlackRock tops 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - On December 12, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Getlink's share capital and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.
05% of the company's share capital and 3.54% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Getlink shares on the market and an increase in the number of Getlink shares held as collateral.
