Rubis: BlackRock tops 5% of capital and voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On December 12, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights in Rubis, and held 5.
05% of the company's capital and voting rights on behalf of said clients and funds.

This crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the total number of Rubis shares held as collateral.
