Elis: BWSA exceeds 15% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Brasil Warrant Administraçao de Bens e Empresas (BWSA) has declared to the AMF that, on December 12, it exceeded the threshold of 15% of the capital of Elis and held 15.
07% of the capital and 13.21% of the voting rights, as a result of an acquisition of shares on the market.

BWSA plans to acquire additional shares depending on market conditions, but has no intention of acquiring control of Elis, nor of seeking additional representation on the Supervisory Board.
