Covivio: inauguration of the first block in the Noème program

(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio and Clairsienne, a social housing company and subsidiary of the Action Logement group, have announced the inauguration of the first block of the Noème residential development in Bordeaux, comprising 11 buildings and a total of 199 homes.


Covivio completed this first block last October, in which Clairsienne acquired 139 homes. The remaining 60 units are being marketed by Covivio to private individuals on the open-access market (45 of which have already been sold).

Noème, a former 35,800 m² service-sector site acquired by Covivio in 2004, is located on the shores of Bordeaux Lake and is currently undergoing a metamorphosis to become, in time, a new residential district of 46,500 m² and 700 housing units, divided into six blocks.
