Heineken: new Chairman in April

(CercleFinance.com) - Heineken announces that Peter Wennink, currently vice-chairman of its supervisory board, will succeed Jean-Marc Huët as chairman of the board, starting with the general meeting to be held in April 2025.


Peter Wennink has extensive experience in executive positions, as CEO of ASML until 2024, as well as a member of the supervisory board of VDL Group and the advisory board of Samsung Devices Solutions, the Dutch brewer says.

In addition, Heineken announces the departure of Maarten Das, the appointment of Alexander de Carvalho and the reappointment of Nitin Paranjpe as members of its supervisory board, again effective after its 2025 AGM.
