Spie: increased participation in employee shareholding offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie reports that more than 21,000 employees, up 25% on the previous year, have subscribed to its 'Share for you 2024' employee shareholding program, an offer open from September 26 to October 17, 2024 in 19 countries.


At the close of this operation on December 12, 1,992.976 new shares were issued, more than one employee in two is a Group shareholder, and the proportion of capital held by employees thanks to the shareholding programs is around 7.9%.

Spie plans to implement a share buyback program in early 2025 to partially offset the dilutive impact of the existing employee shareholding program and long-term incentive plan.
