Argan: appointment to the Supervisory Board

(CercleFinance.com) - La foncière Argan has announced that, on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, its Supervisory Board has unanimously decided to appoint Éric Donnet as an independent member of the Supervisory Board, effective immediately.


With over 25 years' experience in finance and real estate, he was Managing Director of Groupama Immobilier and Chairman of Groupama Gan REIM from 2014 to 2024. Since March 2024, he has been Managing Director of the Daniel Féau Group.

This appointment is a provisional one, replacing François-Régis de Causans. It will thus be submitted for ratification to the AGM of March 20, 2025, it being specified that his term of office will end at the AGM of 2026.
